I am fully satisfied with my experience with David Schoenfish, P.A., at Integrated Neurology Services. I find him to be unusually attuned to my personal situation and responsive to my questions and requests, both expressed and implied. I believe he is both intellectually talented and trustworthy in every detail. I am grateful for his attentive and skillful management of my progress under his care.

Very pleased with my first experience at this office. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Gray was very professional and genuine. He listened to all of my concerns and provided guidance on next course of actions to hopefully figure out why I'm having weird symptoms. Typically you feel rushed at doc's appointments but Dr. Gray gave plenty of time for discussion and I felt heard as a patient. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Gray.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst care ever. Worst customer service ever. I hardly ever leave reviews but this made sense to do because it’s the worst practice I’ve ever been to in my life. The people there are absolutely miserable and the medical “professionals” are sarcastic and condescending. Please do yourself a huge favor and find a different practice to go to. Healthcare is too important to entrust to such miserable and unprofessional people. If you have any doubt, just try calling the number to schedule an appointment and your hellish experience will start there. Getting someone on the line is something short of a miracle. And if that does happen, getting them to not put you on hold for upwards of ten minutes is another miracle. Truly, find somewhere else.

David Schoenfish is amazing. I am an extremely anxious person and he has such a calming effect on me. He always allows time for questions. I am so glad I found him and INS. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gray was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything in a way that we could easily understand. The treatment my mom received was effective, and we left the office feeling much better. We appreciate the high level of care and professionalism, and we would highly recommend Dr. Gray to anyone in need of medical attention.

Dr. Fishman and Angela, I wanted to express our deepest thanks for the exceptional patient experience today. After my Dad’s first event in Florida, we have had a very difficult time not only securing a specialist appt but also feeling "heard" with the providers. Your practice offered exceptional patient care/service. Here are a few reasons why: 1. Your staff (Kayla) greeted both my Dad and I with a smile and great service. Check in was simple and efficient. 2. Angela; your new PA-C, was warm, welcoming, and thorough. She did an extensive H&P and literally left no stone unturned. She was curious, caring, and compassionate. 3. When Angela consulted with you, the experience deepened and we felt heard and supported. You involved us in the discussion and we felt confident in the path ahead. Overall, we were handled with great care and attention. Truly appreciate all of you!

I drove 50 minutes there only to find my appointment had been canceled and no one had called me. Rescheduled for a telehealth appointment for 75 minutes later. Drove 50 minutes home to have it—late, without much interaction. Fortunately, all is going well. Maybe next year’s annual check in can be scheduled as a telehealth appointment.
